Claims Handler

Manpower is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join our clients Health & Group Life Claims team.

What You'll Do

• Process and verify medical claims, ensuring timely approvals and payments
• Analyze claims technically and determine liability
• Negotiate settlements with clients
• Provide outstanding support to clients, brokers, and intermediaries
• Liaise with medical professionals, clinics, and private hospitals
• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations

What Were Looking For

• Minimum A Level education
• Preferably CII certification, a university degree, or a medical background
• At least 3 years experience in health insurance or medical field
• Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
