Compliance Executive

On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Compliance Executive to join a dynamic and growing operations team within the corporate services sector. The role involves supporting compliance, AML/CFT, governance, and regulatory obligations in line with Maltese and EU legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain compliance and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and risk management processes.
• Support client onboarding and provide compliance guidance.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and internal registers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in compliance or corporate services within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT principles and Maltese regulatory landscape.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and document management systems.

Education:

• A Level, Diploma, or Certification in compliance, business administration, or related field.
• AML/CFT certifications are an advantage or willingness to obtain them.
