Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences within a high-end dining setting.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, managing VIP guests and private events, and leading a passionate team to consistently deliver the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team
- Manage reservations, table planning, guest flow, VIP guests, and private events
- Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Monitor service quality, productivity, costs, and upselling opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to create an exceptional dining experience
Requirements
- Proven Restaurant Manager experience within luxury dining, premium hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end restaurant concepts
- Experience managing VIP guests and high-expectation environments
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Good commercial awareness and operational discipline
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to business needs
