Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, managing VIP guests and private events, and leading a passionate team to consistently deliver the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team
  • Manage reservations, table planning, guest flow, VIP guests, and private events
  • Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Monitor service quality, productivity, costs, and upselling opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to create an exceptional dining experience

Requirements

  • Proven Restaurant Manager experience within luxury dining, premium hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end restaurant concepts
  • Experience managing VIP guests and high-expectation environments
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Good commercial awareness and operational discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to business needs
