Associate or Junior Litigation Lawyer - Legal Firm

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is currently seeking to recruit an Associate / Junior Litigation Lawyer to join a reputable and growing legal practice.

The chosen candidate will play an active role in supporting litigation matters, working closely with senior legal professionals, and gaining exposure across a diverse portfolio of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and handling of court proceedings, including drafting pleadings and legal documentation
• Attending court sessions and representing clients when required, under guidance
• Carrying out legal research and contributing to case strategy
• Communicating with clients, legal professionals, and relevant authorities
• Supporting senior lawyers on ongoing litigation cases

Requirements:

• Fully warranted Lawyer in Malta
• Demonstrated interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong communication and drafting skills in English (knowledge of Maltese is an advantage)
• Ability to manage workload independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and a professional attitude
