Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Operations & Administration Executive to join our client's team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the coordination and smooth running of daily operations within a fast-paced media environment. This position combines structured administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support, ensuring efficiency across multiple internal departments while maintaining professional communication with corporate clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing workflows, deadlines, and client interactions. This role is well-suited for someone with solid experience in operations or administration within a corporate environment who is ready to take on greater responsibility in a dynamic organisation.
Responsibilities:

Support general office administration across front and back-office operations

Coordinate internal workflows and liaise with clients to ensure smooth campaign execution

Manage client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups

Maintain documentation, internal systems, and administrative processes

Ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in operations and/or administration within a corporate environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Professional and confident client-facing approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business tools
