Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our clients team.

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships, representing leading global cybersecurity brands in the Maltese market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.

• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

• Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demos to clients.

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to prepare accurate proposals.

• Maintain and grow client accounts, ensuring renewals and long-term satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or cybersecurity.

• Proven success in new business acquisition and account management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong understanding of IT systems; knowledge of cybersecurity solutions is an asset.

• Fluent in Maltese and English, with a valid driving licence.
