Technician (Beer Bottling)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technician to join a leading manufacturing operation. This position offers exposure to advanced production equipment, maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives while working within a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic repair work.
• Support manufacturing and engineering projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Conduct inspections and determine maintenance requirements.
• Perform testing and quality inspections on machinery and production output.
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• MQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Relevant technical or industrial experience.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• ICT proficiency.
• Ability to work a rotating 3-shift schedule, including nights.
