Window/door Installer

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Windows/Doors Installer to join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing PVC, aluminium, or plastic window and door systems, as well as working with glass components. This role involves visiting residential and commercial client sites across Malta to carry out installations, servicing, adjustments, and repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install PVC/plastic components and glass windows 
• Perform service, adjustments, and maintenance on installed systems.
• Measure, align, and fit structures according to technical specifications.
• Handle materials such as PVC, aluminium, plastic, and glass safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers during on-site work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid EU/Maltese driving licence (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a windows and/or doors installer.
• Hands-on experience working with PVC, aluminium, plastic, or glass materials.
• Ability to use installation tools, measuring devices, and handheld machinery.
• Good physical fitness
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English 

Job Info:

• Salary: Depending on experience
• Benefits: Health Insurance & Overtime Allowance (10-12h per week)
• Work Setting: 6;30 am - 4:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday as overtime are possible)
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
