Factory & Site Supervisor

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Factory & Site Supervisor – HVAC & Ventilation Ductwork to join our client's team. The selected candidate will oversee both factory fabrication and on-site activities related to HVAC duct systems, ensuring accuracy between technical drawings, production, and installation. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage operations across both environments while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and take accurate measurements for HVAC ductwork installations
• Interpret technical drawings and convert them into fabrication plans
• Supervise and participate in ductwork production using galvanised sheet metal and phenolic systems
• Operate and oversee factory machinery such as bending machines, presses, and welding equipment
• Coordinate factory and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation quality

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation
• Strong knowledge of galvanised sheet metal and/or phenolic duct systems
• Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery
• Ability to work both on-site and in a factory environment
• Good understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and installation standards
