Project Manager – MEP Projects

On behalf of our client,manpower is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee MEP construction projects across Malta, ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP projects from start to finish
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Manage project risks, variations, and reporting
• Coordinate procurement and material deliveries
• Support tender submissions and client meetings
• Mentor site supervisors and junior team members

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing MEP or construction projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, subcontractors, and variations
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning software
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Malta and Gozo

Desirable

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Experience within the Maltese construction industry
• Knowledge of FIDIC or JCT contracts
• Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software
