Project Manager – MEP Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee MEP construction projects across Malta, ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP projects from start to finish
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Manage project risks, variations, and reporting
• Coordinate procurement and material deliveries
• Support tender submissions and client meetings
• Mentor site supervisors and junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience within Construction or MEP
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driving licence

Desirable

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Experience within the Maltese construction industry
• Knowledge of FIDIC or JCT contracts
• Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software
