General Manager - PVC & Carpentry

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead and grow a well-established company specializing in PVC apertures, carpentry, parquet flooring, decking, artificial turf, and awnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Drive sales growth, business development, and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales, production, installation, and administrative teams.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within Malta's construction, apertures, carpentry, or related industries.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both English and Maltese.
• Valid driving licence.
• Established network within Malta's construction and property sectors will be considered an asset.
