Data Product Owner

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Data Product Owner to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists, BI specialists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven products.

• Gather and document business requirements, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Manage product backlogs, ensuring prioritisation and smooth delivery through sprint planning.

• Contribute to data warehouse modelling to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance.

• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, aligning data initiatives with business strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a data-related field.

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex data products.

• Strong knowledge of data modelling, BI, and data warehousing best practices.

• Advanced SQL skills, with experience in SSIS, SSRS, and SSMS.

• Working knowledge of at least one cloud data platform; telecom experience is an asset.
