Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales & Operations Executive to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer relations, technical coordination, and sales development within the IoT and software solutions sector. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations & Support

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
  • Resolve support tickets promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.

Installations, Setup & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate the installation of smart devices.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts for optimal platform utilization.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and follow up on leads and sales inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and sales documentation management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical coordination, or operations within a tech or IoT environment is preferred.
  • Sales and business development experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and recommending improvements for clients.
  • Fluency in English and basic Maltese.
  • Valid Maltese driving license.
