About the job HR Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

  • Advise and coach managers on HR practices, labour law, and people-related matters

  • Oversee staff engagement, welfare, training, and career development initiatives

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Maltese legislation and industry best practices

  • Prepare HR reports, manage HR budgets, and support workforce planning across hotel operations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR managerial role (hospitality background is an asset)

  • Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken

  • Strong knowledge of Maltese labour law and HR best practices

  • Confident, people-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills

  • Must be based in Malta and available for a full-time, office-based role
