About the job HR Manager
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

Advise and coach managers on HR practices, labour law, and people-related matters

Oversee staff engagement, welfare, training, and career development initiatives

Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Maltese legislation and industry best practices

Prepare HR reports, manage HR budgets, and support workforce planning across hotel operations
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in an HR managerial role (hospitality background is an asset)

Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken

Strong knowledge of Maltese labour law and HR best practices

Confident, people-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills

Must be based in Malta and available for a full-time, office-based role
