Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and intermediaries.
- Handle customer interactions efficiently through various communication channels.
- Ensure accuracy in processing customer requests, payments, and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Advanced level of education.
- IT proficiency and ability to work with customer management systems.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Maltese language would be considered an asset.
