A. General Duties
- Managing Staff/Contractors/Work Assigned
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with existing Health & Safety Legislation, Health & Safety policies, and Environmental Management policies.
- Ensure all personnel comply with the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Management standards and policies.
- Ensure personnel under supervision are equipped with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all PPE within the section is in full operational condition.
- Provide instructions and directions to staff and contractors.
- Conduct joint health & safety and environmental formal risk assessments with the responsible officer and workers concerned.
- Maintain a courteous, respectful, and helpful attitude toward consumers and ensure subordinates do the same.
- Approve, recommend, and keep records of vacation leave for personnel under supervision as per company policies.
- Keep records of vacation and sick leave as well as overtime taken by personnel.
- Review and recommend overtime for staff as necessary to complete assigned work.
- Continuously review work effort statistics for jobs carried out by personnel under supervision.
- Assist in the annual evaluation of subordinates' increments as per the collective agreement and company policies.
- Supervise work performed by subordinates and allocate resources as needed.
- Adhere to work ethics, ensure proper recording and documentation.
- Maintain fair and reasonable work relations with personnel and other company employees.
- Implement quality checks in work methods for quality control.
- Acquire relevant information to efficiently and reliably perform assigned duties.
- Liaise with other company sections to ensure efficient use of personnel, property, and resources.
- Lead teams for specific project works.
- Identify new data and software requirements to aid in assignments and duties.
- Ensure all work and procedures are executed cost- and time-efficiently.
- Implement cost-cutting measures in line with company policies.
- Take initiative in the communication and execution of policies aimed at increasing efficiency.
- Instruct personnel in the proper use of resources and procedures to achieve company goals at minimal cost and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and enforce codes of practice for personnel in compliance with company policies.
- Identify, provide, and facilitate training for personnel under supervision.
- Frequently monitor vehicle tracking systems to ensure efficient and effective duty execution.
- Communicate with external entities and third parties to ensure efficient coordination and execution of work.
- Utilize company software, including but not limited to SAP and Paperless System, for data analysis and retrieval.
B. Supervisory and Quality Control Duties
- Maintain discipline and submit reports to superiors, police, courts, and other appointed bodies as required.
- Conduct sample quality checks and inspections of subordinates work.
- Ensure appropriate upkeep of sites, stores, offices, locker rooms, washrooms, vehicles, and other equipment.
- Monitor progress and report deviations in time, cost, and quality to the responsible officer.
- Prepare statements of expenditure for completed work.
- Maintain records of works and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on progress and expenditures.
C. Preparation of Drawings/Reports for Project Execution
- Read, draw, and interpret drawings, maps, and graphical data accurately.
- Utilize tools, software, and computers to carry out assigned duties.
- Identify and report anomalies or discrepancies in work.
- Prepare and submit administrative and project progress reports.
D. Upkeep of Materials, Equipment, Vehicles, Premises, and Other Property
- Responsible for the custody and safekeeping of section stores and equipment.
- Maintain tools, software, equipment, vehicles, and other assets under supervision.
- Ensure proper functioning of tools, equipment, and software.
- Organize and maintain relevant data, drawings, manuals, and documentation.
- Follow procurement procedures for acquiring tools, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and request parts and consumables for specific jobs.
- Request quotations and trigger the procurement process when necessary.
- Prepare documentation for quotation or tender evaluation and adjudication.
- Use company-provided software to complete assigned duties.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles.
E. On-Site Supervision and Compliance
- Ensure employees and third parties on-site comply with health & safety regulations and policies.
- Report health & safety issues to the relevant officers.
- Negotiate and liaise with public and private sector officers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Represent the company during inquiries, tribunals, or legal cases.
- Address and resolve site issues to ensure smooth project continuation.
- Ensure projects adhere to approved designs, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
F. Specific Duties by Section
- GIS - Project Supervisor
- Coordinate with relevant sections to maintain and update GIS records.
- Record and update missing underground cables.
- Provide data, records, and cost estimates for network infrastructure.
- Verify and endorse bills of quantity and cost estimates.
- Analyze data from SAP, Paperless System, and other sources.
- Obtain necessary permits for site works.
- Act as a project supervisor for assigned projects.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Civil Design, Supervision, and Certification - Project Supervisor
- Collect and test materials according to standards.
- Certify bills of quantity as measured on-site.
- Assist in architectural, planning, and civil engineering designs.
- Identify and propose sites for company structures and cable routes.
- Obtain permits for site works.
- Conduct inspections related to company premises and infrastructure.
- Prepare site inspection reports.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Surveying - Project Supervisor
- Assemble field data and develop database information systems.
- Maintain survey control points.
- Monitor alignment and settlement control of buildings.
- Assist in architectural and civil engineering drawings.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical and Electrical Drawing Office - Project Supervisor
- Implement mechanical and electrical projects.
- Manage Drawing Office activities.
- Act as Project Administrator for assigned projects.
- Represent the company in project matters.
- Obtain necessary permits.
- Prepare technical drawings and data.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Quality and Progress Control Office - Project Supervisor
- Maintain project documentation.
- Track project progress.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status.
- Manage daily activities of the Quality and Progress Control Office.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
G. Supervision Given
- Supervises subordinates within the Drawing Office or assigned section.
H. Authority
- Authorized to make decisions consistent with position objectives and responsibilities.
- May be responsible for projects, tasks, or section operations.
I. Accountability
- Accountable for assigned duties.
- Performance evaluated based on efficiency, effectiveness, and resource management.
J. Working Conditions

L. Qualifications and Experience
- MQF Level 5 qualification (minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVET credits) in electrical, mechanical, construction, or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (certification considered an asset).
- Valid driving license.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in relevant software applications.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Drawing Office preferred.
