Customer Service Officer

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (Fluent in German & English) to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with loan or credit card applications and repayments.

• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, or email.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and service value.

• Place the customer at the centre of all interactions and solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in German and proficient in English (written & spoken).

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a multicultural team.

• Previous customer support or call centre experience is an asset, but not essential.

• Reliable, positive, and committed approach to work.
