Technical Storekeeper

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Storekeeper for our client within the ELV Industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and manage reordering processes.

• Manage the general operations of the store, ensuring items are properly received, labeled, and stored.

• Create purchase orders and send them to suppliers as needed.

• Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders and logistics companies.

• Prepare and maintain financial and stock-related documentation.

• Collaborate with the project, sales, after-sales, and finance departments to ensure stock availability and movement.

• Handle local purchasing tasks.

• Perform other duties as outlined in the role description.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Malta this is essential.

• Previous experience in an ELV company (as a technician, installer, or storekeeper).

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Computer literate especially comfortable using ERP systems or inventory management software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers.

Working hours - flexible but usually 7:30 - 16:00
