About the job Technical Storekeeper
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Storekeeper for our client within the ELV Industry.
Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and manage reordering processes.

Manage the general operations of the store, ensuring items are properly received, labeled, and stored.

Create purchase orders and send them to suppliers as needed.

Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders and logistics companies.

Prepare and maintain financial and stock-related documentation.

Collaborate with the project, sales, after-sales, and finance departments to ensure stock availability and movement.

Handle local purchasing tasks.

Perform other duties as outlined in the role description.
Requirements

Currently residing in Malta this is essential.

Previous experience in an ELV company (as a technician, installer, or storekeeper).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Computer literate especially comfortable using ERP systems or inventory management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers.
Working hours - flexible but usually 7:30 - 16:00
