About the job LOGISTICS CLERK
Support daily operations within the Logistics Department, including:
- Processing required documents for vehicle customs clearance.
- Handling online payments to the Customs Department.
- Managing vehicle transfers with Transport Malta.
- Opening vehicle consignments and ensuring all documents are collected and uploaded using Therefore.
- Submitting Customs and NSO declarations punctually.
- Assisting colleagues and supervisors to meet end-of-month deadlines.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with peers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driving licence (B, B1).
- Fluency in Maltese is essential.
- ECDL Qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
