Support daily operations within the Logistics Department, including:

  • Processing required documents for vehicle customs clearance.
  • Handling online payments to the Customs Department.
  • Managing vehicle transfers with Transport Malta.
  • Opening vehicle consignments and ensuring all documents are collected and uploaded using Therefore.
  • Submitting Customs and NSO declarations punctually.
  • Assisting colleagues and supervisors to meet end-of-month deadlines.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with peers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid driving licence (B, B1).
  • Fluency in Maltese is essential.
  • ECDL Qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
