Manpower is seeking to recruit a CRM Manager. 

Responsibilities

  • Driving strategy, execution, and data-driven activations.
  • Staying up-to-date with CRM trends, hot topics, and media, particularly in football and gaming.
  • Update and manage web and mobile platforms, ensuring accurate translations, engaging content, and relevant updates.
  • Planning, executing, and reporting on quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns for our product verticals (Sport & Casino).
  • Creating compelling copywriting from scratch or adapting existing editorial concepts together with the content team.
  • Developing, scheduling, and implementing CRM campaigns using Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing tools.
  • Analysing campaign performance to refine strategies and improve engagement and activity.
  • Conceptualising and delivering effective internal and external marketing promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborating with copywriters, designers, customer support, and marketing managers to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Maintaining the Social Media strategy together with the Social Media team to grow and engage our audience.
  • Analysing data from Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing campaigns to optimise future activations.
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve engagement and retention strategies.
  • Fostering constructive working relationships with team members across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar preferred and/or 1+ years of experience in CRM / Marketing.
  • The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Fluent in written/ spoken English
  • Basic HTML knowledge will be considered a plus
