We are looking for a CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking) to lead strategy, execution, and engagement initiatives tailored to the Turkish audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage marketing strategy for the Turkish market.
- Stay updated on local trends, especially in football and gaming.
- Manage Turkish web and mobile platforms with accurate content and translations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Sports & Casino verticals.
- Develop engaging Turkish copywriting and CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Tele-Marketing).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to align marketing initiatives with brand objectives.
- Support social media strategy to grow and engage the Turkish audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or 1+ years' experience in CRM/Marketing.
- Deep understanding of Turkish culture and online market trends.
- Native Turkish speaker with excellent written skills; fluent in English.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer interaction; Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
