About the job Office and Front Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business and administrative support to senior leadership, managing correspondence, schedules, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, and onboarding processes for staff and subcontractors.
  • Oversee internal processes such as petty cash management, invoicing, aged debtors follow-up, and purchasing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, uniforms, inventory, and ensure compliance with internal quality systems.
  • Support compliance, HR processes, and company initiatives including ESG reporting and website/portal management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or office coordination.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Familiarity with basic finance processes and HR support functions.

  • Knowledge of compliance and quality systems is considered an asset.

  • Work Setting: Hybryd (after 6 months)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
