Junior/Mid/Senior - IT Business Analyst

Overview:
Manpower is seeking to recruit two Business Analysts (BAs) to support our client's operations in the local market. These positions are ideal for Maltese-speaking professionals who are eager to develop their skills. After gaining experience in the local market, the successful candidates will also collaborate with our client's UK subsidiaries and clients, expanding their influence to international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements from local stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Liaise between the local team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for business optimization and growth.
• After gaining sufficient experience, collaborate with the UK subsidiary to address business needs and solutions for international clients.

Qualifications:

• For Junior profiles: Prior experience in business analysis or a related field (preferred).
• For Mid/Senior profiles: at least 2 years of previous experience in business analysis or a related field 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Required: Fluent in Maltese (spoken and written).
• Experience in working with international teams or markets is a plus.
