Manpower Malta is seeking an IT Sales Manager for our international client. The successful candidate for this position will spearhead sales initiatives, identifying and cultivating relationships with new clients while driving revenue growth. This role encompasses strategic market penetration, fostering partnerships, and exceeding sales targets to establish the company as a leading provider of innovative solutions in Malta.
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving business success through technology, to lead our sales efforts and establish a strong foothold in the Maltese market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving the expansion of the company in Malta by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
- Proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with new customers to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to foster trust and collaboration.
- Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local partners to create a robust network that supports sales growth and market expansion.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, including setting targets, forecasting sales volumes, and reporting on progress towards goals to the management team.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client requirements, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 10 years of previous experience in Account/Territory/Sales management at an Information Technology company. Previous experience in a System Integrator will be considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing skills and, the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
- Capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Fluent in both English and Maltese
