Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client team.

The selected candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, driving automation, and optimizing DevOps practices for advanced technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure to support IoT solutions.

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined and automated software delivery.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and product teams to refine DevOps processes.

• Monitor system performance, manage incidents, and implement disaster recovery solutions.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Ensure security and compliance through proactive risk management and best practices.

• Continuously evaluate and improve tools, workflows, and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Containers & Orchestration: Solid expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• CI/CD Tools: Strong experience designing and maintaining pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Scripting: Advanced skills in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages.

• Monitoring & Security: Familiarity with Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, and applying security best practices across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps-focused role, ideally within cloud-native environments.
