DevOps Tech Lead

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to head our DevOps and IT teams, driving automation, scalability, security, and reliability across our infrastructure and systems. Youll oversee cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and internal IT operations supporting both development and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps Engineers and IT professionals.

• Architect and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP).

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Oversee corporate IT operations, support, and enterprise applications.

• Ensure high system availability, monitoring, and incident response readiness.

• Implement automation, logging, and alerting to boost efficiency and resilience.

• Foster collaboration across teams to enhance deployment and performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Strong scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) and IaC experience.

• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and support operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
