System Consultant (ERP)

We are seeking a driven ERP Support Consultant to deliver expert-level assistance to business clients using a comprehensive ERP platform. This position plays a key role in enhancing system functionality, improving user experience, and supporting organizations through various stages of the ERP lifecycle. Support is provided both remotely and on-site depending on client needs.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Offer hands-on ERP support, including software upgrades, user training, and system configuration

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system operation across client environments

• Tailor ERP features to meet business requirements through customization and enhancement activities

• Collaborate across different phases of the ERP project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support

• Maintain clear communication with users to guide them through best practices and optimize ERP usage

Requirements / Qualifications

• Educational background in Information Technology or a related technical field

• Practical understanding of accounting principles or a formal business qualification is advantageous

• Previous experience supporting ERP solutions, with at least 1 year in a client-facing or consultancy role

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports (Business Objects) is a plus

• Residing in Malta or available to work within the EU region with proper authorization
