Manpower Malta is seeking a Brand Manager, who will be responsible for identifying consumer and market trends to develop and implement strategic marketing programs that drive profitable volume growth for our beer brands. This role requires a passionate and driven individual with strong FMCG experience who can deliver results across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Growth

    • Develop and implement brand strategies and key initiatives to ensure sustainable and profitable volume and revenue growth.

    • Drive the innovation pipeline and ensure brand plans are aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Performance & Financial Targets

    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Sales team to achieve brand-specific annual and monthly targets, including volume, Net Sales Revenue (NSR), gross margin, and net contribution (NC).

  • Marketing Communications

    • Lead the planning and execution of all communication campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

    • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging that enhances brand equity.

  • Activity Calendar & Execution

    • Develop and manage the annual brand activity calendar.

    • Oversee flawless execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to support volume, revenue, and margin objectives.

  • Collaboration & Best Practices

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

    • Share and adopt best practices within the team to support overall brand and company development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Brand Management role.

  • Proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, ideally with beverage or alcoholic product experience.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required

  • Fluency in Maltese preferred
