Skilled Operator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Skilled Operator to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and materials according to job specifications and supporting documentation.

• Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure production meets established standards.

• Operate forklifts and assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and products.

• Perform troubleshooting, basic adjustments, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to communicate in Maltese and/or English.

• Forklift driving skills.

• Reliable, meticulous, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Work Setting: Onsite
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 6:00 am  2:30 pm
