Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the showroom, ensuring both the showroom and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition at all times.
  • Establish and nurture excellent customer relationships, addressing all vehicle-related queries and attending to client needs throughout the sales process.
  • Assess customer preferences and guide purchasing decisions based on individual needs.
  • Explain vehicle features to customers and facilitate test drives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all documentation related to vehicle sales and collect payments (cash/loans/cheque deposits) from customers upon vehicle sale.
  • Promote and sell car insurance to offer customers value-for-money coverage.
  • Coordinate vehicle checks and preparations for customer delivery, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Handle and address any complaints related to the sales department, escalating issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
  • Report any required cleaning or maintenance work in the showroom to maintain compliance with Franchise Standards.
  • Strictly adhere to Franchise Standards, staying updated on new vehicle models and technology.
  • Assist in organizing and attending new vehicle launches and promotional events outside regular working hours.
  • Participate in required company training sessions locally or abroad.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, company policies, and Franchise Standard requirements.

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • A-level standard of education.
  • ECDL or similar computer proficiency.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
