Finance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join a growing finance team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone passionate about accounting and financial operations, eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Assist in preparing monthly management financial reports
• Reconcile accounts, conduct bank reconciliations, and monitor financial transactions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

• Prepare and submit VAT returns, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance 

• Currently pursuing a University degree in Accounting, ACCA, or holding a similar qualification

• Proficient in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience in the FMCG or retail industry

• Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud-based financial software

• Exposure to financial analysis or audit support tasks
