Project Manager (Software)

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager (Software) to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope across the full project lifecycle

• Create and maintain resource planning and yearly project allocation

• Act as the main point of contact with clients to understand requirements and ensure delivery meets expectations

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies

• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management within software delivery environments

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: Definite (2 years) | Fulltime (after 2 years an Indefinite agreement will be offered)
• Salary: Depending from experiance
