Bartender

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Bartender to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain knowledge of all drink recipes, beer, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and manage tabs accurately.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
