Corporate and M&A Lawyer

Manpower Malta are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for our clients Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team.

The role would involve advising and assisting clients in connection with (among others):

• Company formation and continuation of companies to and from Malta;
• Drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements and joint venture agreements;
• Directors duties, corporate governance and corporate compliance;
• Mergers & acquisitions;
• Issues of equity and debt securities on regulated markets and secondary offerings;
• Insolvency and restructuring; and
• General corporate and commercial law matters.

While candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply, the ideal candidate will:

• Possess a Law degree and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta;
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese;
• Have at least 2 years experience in corporate law;
• Be pro-active and able to work against tight deadlines; and
• Be willing to undergo continued professional development and training.
