Manpower is seeking to recruit an IT ERP Specialist on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Operations: Manage daily ERP activities, monitor performance, handle backups, and implement security protocols.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and documentation for end-users.
• System Enhancements: Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and the integration of new modules.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy, support migrations, and generate analytical reports.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to ERP projects from planning to execution.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to policies and recommend system improvements.

What Youll Bring

• Diploma in IT/Computer Studies (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of ERP experience (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Good understanding of ERP systems, with SQL/database skills as a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving ability.
• Proactive, motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to be on-call and take initiative in critical situations.
• Fluent in English.
