Aviation and Financial Services Lawyer

Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer to join their Aviation and Financial Services Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional seeking to grow within a dynamic and reputable firm, with direct exposure to complex transactions and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters in aviation and financial services

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents

• Handle licensing and compliance processes with local and international authorities

• Support cross-border transactions and corporate structuring

• Conduct legal research and prepare client-focused legal opinions

• Assist with governance and company secretarial matters as needed

Requirements:

• Fully warranted lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

• An LLM or similar Masters degree in a relevant field is an asset

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese

• Experience in corporate and commercial litigation is a plus
