Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the showroom, ensuring it and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing queries and meeting client needs throughout the sales process.
  • Promote and sell brands to enhance customer brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Assess customer preferences and guide purchasing decisions based on their needs.
  • Educate customers on vehicle features and conduct test drives to facilitate vehicle experience.
  • Manage all documentation for vehicle sales and collect payments (cash/loans/cheque deposits) from customers.
  • Coordinate vehicle checks and preparation for customer delivery, following brand standards.
  • Address and escalate sales department complaints to the Sales Manager.
  • Report showroom cleaning or maintenance needs to uphold Franchise Standards.
  • Adhere strictly to Franchise Standards, staying updated on new vehicle features and technology.
  • Support and attend new vehicle launches and promotional events outside regular hours.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and Franchise Standards.
