Job Summary

Manpower is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our client's team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role also involves creating comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, managing multi-channel campaigns, and producing engaging content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, traditional marketing).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels (website, social media, email newsletters, promotional materials).
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Manage and update the companys website and social media profiles to reflect the brands image and voice.
  • Foster relationships with residents and external collaborators to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Be fully active on social media and other communication channels.
  • Support operations with marketing services for successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Work with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in communications/marketing
  • MCAST Visual Arts / Creative and Digital Courses certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, dynamic, and self-motivated individual
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Keen eye for detail
