Project Manager (Mechanical)

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Project Management Manager to join our clients team. The selected candidate will oversee the project management team, ensuring successful project execution within budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance adherence while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the project management team, ensuring best practices and efficient execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and process improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Fire Safety Security Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Certification in Project Management (desirable).
• Valid Maltese driving license.
