Managed Services Technical Specialist

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit A Services Technical Specialist.

Duties:

• Monitoring: Constantly monitor system health, report anomalies and conduct troubleshooting.
• Server Management: Setup and maintenance of Windows Servers, scaling with your level of expertise.
• Networking: Monitor firewalls and perform basic administration tasks, such as setting up VPN users.
• Active Directory: Manage user access, roles, and system security.
• O365 / Exchange Server: Administration of O365 & Microsoft Exchange services.
• Virtualization: Work with various hypervisors, including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Client Support: Provide tiered technical support to clients, from basic to advanced issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other departments for project execution, coordinating as needed.

Job Requirements

• Skills and competence in Microsoft Windows Server & Workstations, Exchange, Active Directory & Hypervisors will be considered as an asset.
• The company will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate and also provide exposure to Veeam, VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Lenovo Servers, Switches & Firewalls.
