Sales Executive for HVAC

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive – Air Conditioning to join our client's team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities across new and existing customers, with a primary focus on air-conditioning and HVAC solutions. The role involves managing client enquiries, understanding technical and commercial requirements, recommending suitable systems, preparing quotations, and following opportunities through to successful closure.

The position requires a proactive and customer-focused professional who can combine strong sales skills with a good understanding of HVAC products and solutions. The Sales Executive will also maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and project process, while coordinating internally to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new and existing customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable air-conditioning and HVAC solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and actively follow up opportunities to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, contracts, customer visits, and client information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth execution of confirmed contracts and keep customers informed on project progress.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while continuously improving product and market knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably within HVAC, air-conditioning, MEP, construction, or building services.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and air-conditioning equipment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, manage multiple sales opportunities, and work effectively towards targets.
• Valid driving licence; a relevant technical or HVAC-related qualification will be considered an advantage.

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: Indefinite
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30.
• Candidate location: All candidates has to already live in Malta.
