Marketing Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of marketing plans for multiple brands, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

• Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility and online traffic.

• Assist in organising brand photoshoots, video campaigns, and marketing events.

• Manage email marketing initiatives, update brand databases, and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Department, ideally with a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.

• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is considered an asset.
