SUMMARY

Manpower is seeking to recruit an Insurance Associate to join our client team.

If you're interested in insurance and customer care and would like to work within a dynamic team and a family feel environment, then this is the ideal opportunity for you. Whilst an insurance qualification or experience helps, Our client provides full on the job training and training sponsorships to work towards getting certified if that is what you'd like.

About You

You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and an ability to relate well to people. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential, and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing and who is able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

• An advanced level of education
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Maltese speaking would be considered a plus.
• The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
• Experience in an insurance setting or customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset.
