Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client, are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our clients growing Compliance team within a leading bank. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and enhancing the Banks regulatory framework, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures

• Conduct regulatory research and support decision-making

• Manage regulatory filings and due diligence reviews

• Maintain compliance documentation and track regulatory deadlines

• Support customer reviews and internal reporting

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in a compliance role, within a financial or credit institution

• Strong understanding of company law and banking regulations

• Highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills

• Degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
