Manpower is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join our client team.
Overall Purpose
To maintain facilities and equipment to high standards, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects in building services, plant, equipment, and installations, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building services, equipment, and installations without disrupting production, with record-keeping.
- Address faults and breakdowns of building services, equipment, and installations promptly.
- Diagnose and repair faults in building services, equipment, and installations.
- Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine methods and sequences for repairs.
- Carry out modifications and new installations on building services, equipment, and appliances.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance or installation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical support in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Propose modifications to enhance efficiency or quality standards to the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure adherence to all operational, safety, and security standards and regulations.
- Manage the change of Corrugator Cassettes per production requirements.
- Oversee the startup of Boilers and ensure all steam systems are functioning before production begins.
- Support Maintenance Department staff as needed.
- Stay updated on technical advancements and innovations.
- Ensure high-quality work and service standards are consistently met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
