We are currently growing our clients Business Development function, and we are on the lookout for a Salesforce Administrator to join their existing team.

The responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:

  • Perform daily administration tasks such as user setup, profiles, and roles, permissions, workflow rules, and security settings.
  • Customize and configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Manage data imports and exports to ensure data integrity according to established firm approaches.
  • Create and update reports, dashboards, and workflows to track KPIs and other performance metrics.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential improvements, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Implement and maintain data quality practices, including data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce through regular audits and data cleansing.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to monitor performance and provide insights to the business.
  • Implement and maintain automation features such as workflow rules, process builders, flows, and approval processes to streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, workflows, and business process automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and data management expertise.
