Manpower is seeking to recruit a reliable and organised Storekeeper to join a well-established organisation within the construction and civil engineering sector in Malta. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a structured environment and supporting daily operational workflow.

Role Overview

Based at the companys plant in Ta Żuta, Ħad-Dingli, the Storekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of materials, equipment, and inventory while supporting ongoing site and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels

• Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and verifying them against invoices and delivery notes

• Preparing traffic management signs and related utilities for site use

• Tracking small tools, plant, and machinery on loan and ensuring items are returned in good condition and on time

• Managing inventory control through proper stock movement procedures

• Taking hardware supply requests from project coordinators and site foremen and preparing items for dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level standard of education

• Proficiency in PC use; ECDL certification is considered an asset

• Driving licence (Category B); a forklift licence is highly desirable

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in the construction industry or prior work in hardware stores is considered an advantage
