Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Manage incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Monitor and respond to emails in the Muscats Motors inbox.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle models and pricing to potential customers.
- Complete marketing surveys, maintain test drive logs, and follow up with customers.
- Support in document verification, contract checks, report compilation, and document preparation for sales executives.
- Update inventory, promote and sell accessories and branded merchandise.
- Maintain and organize stationery and promotional materials according to Franchise Standards.
Skills:
- Proficiency in office suite software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective active listening abilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum O level education.
- ECDL certification or similar proficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
