Quality Officer

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Quality Control officer to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor and ensure compliance with internal quality management systems (QMS) and procedures;

· Conduct internal audits and inspections across departments and production areas;

· Review project documentation to verify conformity with international standards and client requirements;

· Collaborate with departments to identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions;

· Analyze quality data and prepare regular reports for management review;

· Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001);

· Ensure materials and components meet required specifications before being used in production;

· Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to quality;

· Deliver training and awareness sessions to improve quality culture within the shipyard;

· Other job duties emanating from the role.

Job Requirements:

· Qualification in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field;

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the maritime or industrial sector;

· Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards;

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

· Fluent spoken and written English, Italian would be an asset;

· Attention to detail and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
