Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit statutory documents, resolutions, and filings to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Manage company incorporations, amendments to corporate structures, and other corporate administration matters.
  • Maintain company records and registers while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Draft and review corporate documentation, including resolutions, agreements, and governance-related documents.
  • Coordinate bank account opening and closure procedures while liaising with financial institutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient day-to-day corporate administration.
  • Support client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and compliance monitoring.
  • Assist clients with residency programmes, work permit applications, and related registrations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within corporate services, company administration, or a similar field.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Maltese corporate legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
