Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit statutory documents, resolutions, and filings to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Manage company incorporations, amendments to corporate structures, and other corporate administration matters.
- Maintain company records and registers while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legislation.
- Draft and review corporate documentation, including resolutions, agreements, and governance-related documents.
- Coordinate bank account opening and closure procedures while liaising with financial institutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient day-to-day corporate administration.
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and compliance monitoring.
- Assist clients with residency programmes, work permit applications, and related registrations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within corporate services, company administration, or a similar field.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of Maltese corporate legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
